Have you ever seen this?

I raced a sprint this morning (RR to follow….STILL waiting for results to post…). Very unorganized- specifically lacking in transition security. When I left the race this morning, I walked into transition, grabbed my bike, and left- no one checked my race number, or matched me to my bike. In fact no one was there at all, except for 2 sheriffs, who didnt seem concerned about who was leaving with what bike.
While I was packing up, a woman in my rack said that when she came out of the swim, a woman dressed in jeans was one rack behind her, obviously setting up/ tidying up her husband's transition area (see- lack of security again). Trying to be nice, she asked the woman if she was racing, and the woman looked at her and said, "Shut the f— up and mind your own f'in business." So, on her way out the racer told every triathlete and official she could find that # so-and-so had his wife in there setting up transition. Like, I said, I'm still waiting on the online results to see if he was DQ'd. He should be, right? What specific USAT rule does that break- anyone know? I'm thinking the one about accepting aid from anyone.
