okay went to shake the table cloth out outside last night and stepped outside onto a tomato stake (unknown to me – and left there by a 4 year old!) landed on my ankle and 99% chance of broken 5th! ie bone in my foot! Was in plaster last night saw a specialist this morning and he thinks it is broken and now in a boot – no standing on it for a few days – easy to say when the dr didnt have 2 preschoolers!

Half is on the 15th Dec dr hasnt ruled it out but hasnt said I can either – will have to see.

training was going awesomely as well!

Devastated!!!
