I still need help with my swimming and am not sure what the best investment woud be. Team in Training helps but I'm looking to supplement their coaching. Can anyone recommend whether Total Immersion is a good investment or can you provide any other resources that will help me with my stroke. I want a better technique and be able to swim an Olympic without drowning. Thanks!
