Faust: Love of the Damned video Ok….come and fess up people….who smokes out there? I have never been a big smoker….but over this year, due to many reasons, i have found that while drinking, I have the need to have a cigarette. However, after some nights out, and after many a cigarette, my lungs really do feel it the next day! I have asthma, so really am quite dum to even smoke, but I do at times. I feel the tightness in my chest, and i huff and puff when doing running/cycling, especially in the days following a night out! I hate smoking….i think it's quite gross (i am in no position to judge anyone who does…so please don't think I am!), plus I am a nurse, so I know the damage it does, my aunty has emphysema and is dying from it, so I really should be scared off it!

So, what is this post about….I want to put it out there that yes I have developed this icky habit, and I feel yucky, but it does provide a stress relief that exercise doesn't. Then again….it makes my exercise even harder to do because my lungs are being damaged :( just tell me I am stupid!!!! I just want to be healthy…fit and healthy!!! I can't quite cut out drinking completely, but I must ditch the cigarettes!! ok, 2008 – NO MORE SMOKING!!!
