In the last year i have lost 40 lbs. I needed to. I am now 6'5" and 205 lbs. I have no belly fat or love handles. I feel a million times better. I want to get stronger and more toned. Any ideas? Maybe this is too general of a question. I have a weight set and used to lift a lot for football training but I am unsure if I want to bulk up or or tone up. Which is best for triathlons? Probably tone and endurance? Help….
