My local bike shop has two bikes that I'm looking at for $500 each (low but I still need to pay for college). One is I think a 2007 Trek 1000 and the other is a used Trek 1500 and the guy at the shop said that it probably had around 3000 miles on it. I was just wondering what people think or have any other ideas for a bike. I'm just starting to get in triathlons.
