I thought I would share this, I found a fanTAStic free swim workout website: www.swimplan.com.

I love it! Once you enter in your time trial (for almost any distance) the website spits out daily workouts based on 45/60min per session. The workouts include a warmup, buildup, core and cooldown. Since using these workouts I have never been bored or been unsure of what to do in a swim session. Check it out.
