I am running the Houston Marathon Jan 13. I was rocking along just fine up until the week before my 30K warm up run (Dec 9). I started having pain in IT band, then it moved to adductor, then it moved to hamstring and it seemed like each time I landed my right foot to the ground the pain would go one of these places or the other and stay put until it decided to move. It is the same side I had the torn minescus and surgery two years so after the 30K and I was in so much discomfort I began thinking it could be my knee. I have decidecd not to do any more long runs and have been only getting in a few 7 milers. I am really nervous I won't be able to finish and this year I have raised money for a cause. It does not hurt when I walk. It really does not hurt if I maintain short stride – it hurts when I run full out and when the foot lands – pain up my leg. My knee is also popping when I walk. I had an MRI yesterday to make sure nothing really serious is going on but don't kno
w anything yet. Am I crazy to keep training and be so stubborn to finish this thing.

download A Far Off Place movie download Meltdown dvd I have had a realization that we breath harder when we are in pain – it really affects our aerobic state – I know this is nothing new.

Thanks guys – good to be posting again.
