Ok guys – thanks for the help. I had an MRI of my right knee on New Years Eve – should have one of my brain! I had knee surgery two years ago after tearing minescus after 50K so there is obviously some scar tissue but also patella tendonitits and ostoarititis = basically aging runners knee and it is no wonder – I have been doing this for 20 years – what do I expect? But I really want to run this Sunday. I ran 8 last Sat and it was annoying – mostly pain in my adductor and some in the knee each time I land – if I shuffle and shorten my stride it feels better. I hope I am not nuts. Has anyone ever had anything similar and ran through it. I was just fine until beginning of Dec. My dream of doing an IM is fading. I went to Chi running site and there is not anyone in Houston who offers it. I may buy the book.
