Well I just wanted to post and say I think this program is going to work. I know it is early to say, and I know these aren't legit results yet but I can already tell a difference in the way I look in the mornings. I hold that mostly to the nutrition plan, because 2 days of working out would not change me. I have read and heard that some people's bodies bloat or swell with carbs, and I think me cutting out some of my carbs (oatmeal, serving of chips at lunch, etc)has made my morning appearance seem more slim.

The Break-Up

On a real note that I know is legit, is the plyometric routine yesterday and the chest, back, abs routine on Monday were both intense. I was thinking plyometrics (50 minutes of jumping around) what is that going to do. I was spent at the end of that workout. Mind you, I did do a tempo run before this workout. My legs, glutes, hammys were so tired and burning by the end of the workout.
