Ultra-Distance comes to Philly

This is an early announcement about a new event being launched this summer in Philadelphia.
Back on My Feet will be hosting the first Ultra-Distance race in Philly, as well as its first major fund-raiser, on July 19, 2008. "20 in 24" will involve relay teams of 5 completing from 42 up to 168 miles in 24 hours. The race will be on the loop (8.5 miles) around the Schuylkill River. There will also be an individual competition for number of laps completed in 24 hours.
Mark your calendars if interested, and perhaps we can get an Ontri team entered. Depending on the distance, relay teams will have to raise from $250 to $1000 to enter.
