Who is using EMS? Fact or Fiction?

Any ontri'ers using any EMS device? Any differences between the low cost (50.00-100.00) devices and the high cost fitness/sports gadgets (i.e. Globus Premium Sports- 899.00 or the Compex fitness muscle stimulator-899.00) Seems like non of these devices are approved by the FDA (guess there is only one approved -Slendertone ABS stimulator-99.00) Any input would be appreciated?
