ok, going to sign up tonight for the half IM. I know I need the most help with my nutrition. Can you give me advice on the best ways to go about this? I am really bad at calculating stuff- I just want someone to tell me what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. I don't do well with "15% protein" sounds like blah, blah, blah. Where would I get the best plan? A nutritionist/dietician, books, internet??? Help- I don't know where to start! I am a candy junkie!! I am not overweight, just not eating in anyway to benefit myself. Sad, but true….
