I went out running almost 2 weeks ago in 30 degree weather. When I came home I started sneezing nonstop and my nose was like a drippy faucet. (Sorry to be so graphic but its the truth) This condition continued for a week. Usually this happens to me during the first run of the Spring, I guess when all of the allergens are out, but not that bad. My body gets used to it, though.
Also, are we really supposed inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth during exercise?
