Looking for someone to train with in the phoenix area. Just started building by base for an ironman in the spring of 2009 (my first ironman). Plan on doing a marathon and a half ironman this spring. Also want to knock out some long rides in the coming months and would psyched to ride with someone…those long rides get mind numbing. I really haven't been doing much other than running quite a bit…gonna do the salt lake city marathon in april but this week I'm gonna start throwing in some riding and build up from there. Let me know if anyone is interested.
