Hats off to those who started the year off with their personal best! Even from injury! Way da go! Anyone doing the A1A? I will be there with my group, "JFR" – "Just F**king Run". I would love to meet more of you participants from "ontri" if you are racing that day. We ALWAYS love people to run with… or people that I could train with. Lemme know.
