New Tri Bike Question

I came across this site recently and from what I've gathered it's one of the best tri sites around if not the best. Everyone seems to be very helpful and has great attitude's toward the sport and to each other.
I got into the sport last year and raced in a sprint, oly and 1/2 IM. My next challenge will be a full IM. Since I enjoy the sport so much and see myself participating for a long time I would like to purchase a tri bike and was hoping to get some advice from the tri "pro's" here at Ontri. My budget is approx $2500 but I'd be willing to spend a little more if the benefits are worthwhile.
Any recommendations on the best bikes/components in my budget?
