wetsuit advise

I am trying to decide if I should rent or buy a wetsuit. Found some good deals on ebay – but my problem is my first sprint is in May – water temp expected low to mid 60's – then I have at least 2 more races in July and August. If I buy a full suit for the May race – is that ok to wear for a July/August race? Can I get away with wearing a sleevless suit in May?(BTW – hate cold weather – I train in 84 degree water and love it) I figure I can buy a wetsuit for less than the cost to rent one 4 times – but can only buy one so I want to make sure it is the right one! Any advise would be greatly appreciated!!!
