running shoe insert advice

Saw IV movie hey everyone! i just bought a pair of nike pegasus 2007′s and they feel really good after the first run. actually i did my best 3 mile in them, first sub 30 minute ever! i wonder though, if they will be like every other sneaker i have ever worn and require an arch support for my freakishly high arches. even when i go to get shoes fitted by a pro i end up needing a support because i end up with knee problems. these sneaks feel very light and very flexible, so i am worried about the support over time. anyone know of a good insert or have advice on how to deal with my very fat and high arched feet? thanks!
