running training question

Been reading the site here for a bit, lots of great advice and thought I’d post a question for you all….
I’m training for a half marathon on Oct. 19, my third half, and my training (3 days/week) involves speed work, tempo runs and long runs. This week is my last week of training before the taper starts and my question is this: I missed my long run last weekend (10 miles) and today is normally my speed workout (today is 4 x 1mile intervals), I was wondering if it would be more beneficial to stick to the plan or do the long run and skip the speed workout today and then resume the normal plan after today, this week also has an 8 mile tempo run and a 12 mile long run, followed by two weeks of taper before the race.
