WOOHOO!!! My last long run in prep for the marine corps marathon is on the books! Had PERFECT weather here in MD for the run this morning, gorgeous and didnt get above 70 the entire time i don’t think. Had wanted to get a 20 in but this is my first one and i only got in 17 today in ~2;30;00.
