I am thankful for the thoughts I received. I also wanted to point out a particular page in the chi book in ref. to breathing. With your heart rate at 180,breathing from how you read it in a book is very difficult. My current dilemma is….. how do you get faster/better at running(my weakest link in triathlon) with my concentration being on the pain in my lower and inner shins instead of my breathing and effort. At 5’8 and 190,maybe the answer is weight loss? Any thoughts?? Thanx
