running shoes and injury reduction (itb)
Message posted by: Aaron L.
There is an article in the newest issue of Triathlete magazine that states wearing a more neutral shoe(racing flats)may reduce more injuries than traditional shoes (motion control or stability). One example was from an ex-pro who said going to a racing flat helped his IT-band problems.
Has anyone gone to a racing flat and noticed a reduction in injuries?
Has this helped anyone with ITB problems?
