the run i was supposed to do yesterday today

I opened this forum instead of continuing to write on my last (“OOOOO HUNGOVER”) because it’s a new day, and I’m feeling motivated, and all my laziness documented in that last forum will only drag me down. Need to see a new page, and realize that yesterday was a flop, but it happens. I was supposed to do an hour running yesterday with an aim for 6 miles. That’s a LOT considering this is my first week of training EVER, but that’s what my Ontri training plan told me to do! What do you guys think?
I mean, I did 40 minutes without a big problem, so maybe I can do it???
