Hello Everyone
Stephanie is helping me put on a 5k walk/run on May 30th, to help my co-worker’s mom who recently had a stroke and is now in need of a kidney transplant. This is my first time being “Race Director” (I don’t know how Stephanie did the half marathon, 10k AND 5k in Mexico-just this 5k is a TON OF WORK!)She is my hero!

I know times are hard but even if it’s only $5.00 or even $1.00, that would help. Her health insurance has hit a “Lifetime cap” and will not be paying for the transplant. They will have to pay out the bookoo for coverage through COBRA and will not last through the after care or pay for all of her medications.
We also might need some more volunteers. Thanks everyone and let me know if you have questions.
