running intervals

The plan I have been working from has running intervals in it and they are working really great for me. I have tried a simliar set up for swimming now and it is working good there too. I am guessing you can do the same thing with biking, would that be correct? Or should I just increase distance each time with biking? The interval training with running/swimming has helped alot with my breathing and helping me extend out the amount of time I can run straight. Biking the plan just increases distance, but I was wondering if go full out for then back down to normal speed then up again would help with biking. Training overall has been going good. I have been increasing times steadily. Took a day off Saturday, but overall I’m hanging in there to prove those that said I couldn’t do it wrong!
