running technique

Anyone have a good website or good advice for basic running technique? This is my worst event. I have a hard time getting enough oxygen. I don’t when swimming or biking. I’ve been told that even if I have good VO2 max and good cardio fitness the third part of the equation (the muscles using the oxygen) is what I have to work on. This means starting from a base and slowly building. If I am going to have to start with the basics I might as well do it right. Thanks in advance for any advice.
