Hi – I’m training for my first tri. Posted about that already and got some great feedback – thanks! I”m running about 10 miles per week and started bricks last week. Now, I’ve got some sciatica pain (yes, I’ve had sciatica in the past). I am having muscle spasms at the bottom of my gluteal/top of my hamstring. Am I just overdoing it? I’m working out 6 days per week (2 swim, 2 bike 2 run) and like i said, did my first brick last Saturday.
