My second half marathon of the season is coming up on Sunday.
Here in Ontario where I live, the weather has averaged around 8-10
degrees Celsius. Good temperatures for running for sure.
Now the forecast for Sunday is calling for a steamy 27 degrees
Sea of Sand dvdrip Celsius with the humidity making it feel like 31. Absolutely no time
to acclimatize. Today’s high is only supposed to be 7.
Any advice on how to overcome the weather, I never do well in the
heat.
