Made of Honor divx Transitioning from bike to run seems to be the hardest and most difficult part of my training and tri’s! It takes me at least 2-3 miles before my legs are feeling okay with the stride and I can start keeping a consistent pace. Does anyone have suggestions of what I can work on so I can get through this uncomfortable phase quicker? Thanks
