What are your thoughts on this article in the current Triathlon magazine. I liked the short transition training runs after a long rides. Also, the nuitrition part that most athletes take in too many calories on the bike was pretty interesting. Seems to be a couple of different camps on nuitrition: heavy intake vs minimum calorie intake. Raynard Tissink won IM Wisconsin drinking primarily water. However, I’ve read a good deal that advocates close to 400 calories per hour.
