For all of you wondering how to get motivated now, how about a marathon (or half marathon, or relay) in the Bahamas on Feb 14th? It’s Valentine’s Day too, so turn it into a romantic weekend! Just do the ‘romance’ part before you get the chafing! I’ll be there with Mrs C. doing the half marathon. Having grown up there and knowing the route, it looks like a great course! The second half is flat and out and back along a spectacular beach road.
