1st marathon a week away question

I am so ready for the race. My training has gone great. No injuries, feeling really great, mentally jazzed but…… Yesterday my left hamstring high by my glut got REALLY tight. Went to the gm tonight planning on an easy 3 after a little foam roller action. Started with a nice warm up for 5 minutes and it just got tighter and tighter. So I stopped and came home.
My question is should I try to still do my runs and let them work the tightness out or back off and just stretch until the race? I’d hate to try and do these easy runs here at the end and really get hurt. My Ironman training start 1st of March. But I don’t want to just stop working out this early either. Having never done a full marathon I’m not sure what to do here.
I’m suppose to run 8 tomorrow then just a 3 mile, 4 mile then 2 mile. Thanks for your thoughts.
