I try to get out at least once or twice per week to run, but it seems out of convenience I am somewhat tethered to the dreaded treadmill. It also seems I am about 1 min faster indoors on a zero incline than I am outdoors. I am wondering what would be a good facsimilie of outdoor training for incline setting. Anyone have good tips on this? I am guessing a 1-2 bump on incline?
