help with first tri (olympic) during marathon training

I’m attempting my first tri in September, the Nations tri which is Olympic/International Distance and was wondering if a few people here could help me with some training plan ideas. The only two catches are that I’m running the Marine Corps Marathon 9 weeks later and right now am recovering from stress fractures. Should be back running in about 5 or so weeks but in the mean time am swimming. Or trying to at least, that’s my weakest of the three. Running, my plan from MCM is 3 hours. I was going to use the Runner’s World training program as a start which I used for my last marathon (Link here: http://www.runnersworld.com/article/0,7120,s6-238-244–6946-3-3X5X7-4,00.html ). Again, the tri would be on the day of the 17 mile run on week 9 so if anyone has ideas or help for training, it would be much appreciated.
Currently looking at replacing the Wednesday and Saturday runs with bikes and runs, as well as the Friday rest day. Beyond that, help?
