Today I did 11miles and it felt great! I bought new shoes and with yanks and they felt great no problems. After the run me and my friend were walking to Denny’s ( I know dont say it!) when a female runner was coming towards us on the side walk. She was obviously struggling. I said as she approached great job! Keep it up! She shouted back F@#$ you A$%H%$#! I was nocked back! It was so full of hate! I yelled back “No wonder so many hate us runners and bikers!” I find her comments uncalled for…! At brakefast me and my friend talked about it I was still shocked. Is she a man hater….having a bad day? What?

Has this happened to you?

Come on we have a hard enough time as it is! We dont need some idiot runners making it worse. When some one say great job you can make it take it as a compliment not a cut down!
